With 25 laboratories, over 2,000 staff and 150 collection centres throughout NZ, APHG performed over 6.7 million pathology patient episodes across New Zealand in 2019.**

Our Hamilton laboratory is currently offering an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Medical courier driver to fill initially part-time, 30 hours per week role, which may be increased to 40 hours. This role is fixed term initially for 3 months.

As a Medical Courier, you will pick up specimens from around Hamilton, Cambridge and Te Awamutu and deliver them to the Gribbles Laboratory and Medlab collection centre.

This public facing role that at times can be demanding. To be successful you will have excellent customer service skills, be warm and friendly with a can do attitude and a real commitment to service delivery. Flexibility is essential in this role.

**To be successful in this role you need to have:**

* A full NZ class 1 licence

* A clean criminal and driving record

* Good knowledge of the Waikato Region

* Be physically fit and able
